Prospectus Associates today announced that Sean Kirby, a public affairs, corporate communications and government relations executive with national and international experience, has joined the firm to establish its Halifax office.

Mr. Kirby served in the Prime Minister’s Press Office during the 1997 federal election campaign and was Press Secretary to Canada’s Secretary of State for Science, Research and Development and Western Economic Diversification. His private sector experience includes working as Vice President of a national government relations firm, public affairs advisor at Royal Bank’s head office, and as a member of the international start-up team brought in to build and launch a mobile phone company in the Czech Republic.
Sean is a graduate of Dalhousie University and the Richard Ivey School of Business Strategic Marketing Management program at the University of Western Ontario. He is fluently bilingual in French and English.
