Pristanski coaches Caucus hockey team in Leduc for Boys and Girls Club

November 14, 2009

Bill Pristanski traveled to Leduc Alberta to coach the Conservative Caucus Hockey team in a charity game hosted by James Rajotte, MP for Edmonton Leduc and Chair of the House of Commons Finance Committee.  Ministers Jim Prentice and Peter MacKay donned their skates to help raise more than $50,000 for the Boys and Girls Club of Leduc.  Prentice left the next morning for a climate change meeting in Europe and MacKay flew all night from Afghanistan to play on the caucus team.  On November 14, 2009, the Conservative team played against a team of Leduc community leaders at the newly renovated Leduc Recreation Centre.
